Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.  

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.  Please note that carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.  

Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order.  Redemptive Coffee is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.  

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@redemptivecoffee.com with your order number and photos of any damaged items.  We will be happy to help.
